Draft a covering letter explaining why you are suitable for the job. Address the items listed in the job advert / specification and answer the questions asked. And, if you gain new experience or your contact details change, let the consultant know.

Reputable recruitment consultants comply with data protection and employment agency legislation and will only submit you for vacancies after briefing you on the vacancy and establishing your suitability and interest. Your CV should never be sent to anyone unless you have applied for a particular vacancy or have otherwise given your approval.
